To do this we utilise a pragmatic, no frills, accelerated experiential learning approach which is focused entirely on results based workplace team improvement and results improvement. We have been applying this approach for a number of years and have helped clients save hundreds of thousands of pounds through improvements such as reduced staff turnover, increased sales, reduced cost wastage and improved overall profitability.

Our team building venues provide a great facility with access to activities, accommodation, meeting and conferencing equipment and great food. We operate six venues as part of our shareholder partnership with one of the country's longest standing team building providers, the Holt.
