Our team building events provide a great vehicle for teams to undertake activities and discuss their performance, before applying their learning to the next activity. Each of our team challenges has been designed to incorporate many of the common characteristics of team management such as leadership, planning and problem-solving. The output of the activity reviews is often an improvement in efficiency and quality of the team’s performance. Much of what the teams discuss and put into practice can easily be applied to the work environment.
This combination of experiential activity with performance reviews provides an opportunity for all “learning styles” to play to their strengths, whilst being conscious of their limitations. The activities we use are applicable to every level within the organisation and have been used as development for board teams through to front line staff.
In setting up your event we will discuss your requirements and goals. We will get a good understanding of the team and its current challenges. Once we have the background to your event, we’ll design a programme of activities that will give the best opportunity for learning related to your goals. On the day, we’ll provide you with one of our facilitators who will run each activity and help the team hold informal reviews after each activity.
